Returns & Exchanges

At Roll Your Own Papers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom smoking accessories and supplies. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your items.

• 2.
  Documentation and Approval

  Provide clear photos of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged or defective to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
